Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking professional to join our team as a Universal Banking Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, banking operations, and customer service.

The role involves ensuring the smooth processing of all functions related to general banking activities, including customers' transactions. This includes balancing, sorting, and reconciling cash transactions, safe-keeping/balancing of outstanding cheque books, and complying with Bank's Policies and SOPs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with other teams to ensure Business As Usual (BAU), Floor Management, and Service Quality. Additionally, they will recover applicable service charges on instruments/banking facility and ensure that all related General Ledger accounts are reconciled and balanced.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the smooth processing of all functions related to general banking activities, including customers' transactions.

Requirements:

We require a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in banking operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services, banking products, and banking operations. Additionally, they should possess excellent numerical and financial analysis skills, as well as proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education: Bachelors (Business, Commerce or related field preferred)
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in banking operations.
  • Numerical and financial analysis skills.
  • Understanding of financial services, banking products, and banking operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
