Digital Project Leader

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Leader to spearhead and manage e-commerce projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of digital initiatives, campaigns, and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of e-commerce projects including website updates, promotional campaigns, new feature rollouts, and third-party integrations.
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, IT, product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues early on, implementing effective resolution strategies.
  • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com for tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rate, site performance, and customer feedback during and after project completion.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to e-commerce technology, platforms, payment gateways, and logistics APIs.
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization of the online shopping experience by enhancing UX/UI, checkout process, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving digital environment.
