The Head of Dealer Network is a critical role that requires developing, managing, and scaling a high-performing network of channel partners in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to expand and strengthen the channel partner network across key geographies.
  • Identify and onboard new brokers, agents, and partner firms aligned with the company's market strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or real estate (MBA preferred).
  • 8-12 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or dealer development.
  • Strong understanding of the residential/commercial real estate market and broker ecosystem.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
