Job Title: Retail Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and compile sellout data, submit reports to management bi-monthly.
  • Report on sales team performance, including SO KPI percentage achievement.
  • Prepare corporate sector reports as per requirements by management.
  • Maintain year-to-date data compilation of sales output.
  • Set and maintain monthly targets of sellout as per management directions.
Assisting in Retail and Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the retail team to formulate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Maintain samples/displayed units report, region and shop display-wise.
  • Formulate inventory report of marketing-retail stores every month.
  • Assist the marketing manager in processing vendor payments through MPM.
  • Communicate advancements and instructions from management to the retail team.
T-Retail System Management:
  • Upload/download sellout data in the system.
  • Ensure up-to-date shop details in the system.
  • Maintain targets summary monthly in t-Retail.
  • Manage changes in shop/user database in the system.
GFK Reporting:
  • Download and manage monthly GFK reports for retrieval by management.
  • Maintain year-to-date data updates in Excel format.
  • Support management and HOD in completing assigned tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills. They should be proficient in data analysis tools and software, with experience in working with large datasets.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in managing relationships with external vendors.
