Job Title: Data Analyst

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a data analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and analyzing sellout data and submitting reports to managers on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Reporting on sales team key performance indicators (KPIs) and achievement percentages.
  • Maintaining year-to-date (YTD) data compilation of sellout performance.
  • Maintaining monthly targets for sellout performance in line with management directions.
  • Filing and maintaining evidence and documents related to completed work.

Marketing and Retail:

  • Assisting in gathering and formulating reports on weekly and monthly retail team performance.
  • Maintaining samples/displayed units reports by region and shop.
  • Formulating inventory reports for marketing-retail stores every month.
  • Assisting the marketing manager in applying invoices in MPM for vendor payments.
  • Maintaining payments ledgers for each vendor and presenting them to managers on a monthly basis.
  • Communicating with the retail team regarding advancements and instructions from managers.

T-Retail System:

  • Uploading and downloading sellout data in the system.
  • Maintaining up-to-date shop details in the system.
  • Maintaining targets summaries on a monthly basis in t-Retail.
  • Making changes to shop/user databases in the system.
  • Filing and maintaining evidence and documents related to completed work.

GFK Reporting:

  • Downloading and managing monthly GFK reports for managers' retrieval.
  • Maintaining YTD data updates in Excel format.
  • Assisting managers and heads of department in completing tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
