Operations Excellence Manager

Effective operations are the backbone of our AgeTech initiatives. As an Operations Excellence Manager, you will be at the heart of ensuring every evaluation, pilot, and rollout is set up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Tracking & Reporting
    • Monitor program progress using backend data, including evaluations, pilots, and engagement metrics.
    • Configure client program portals, accounts, and test environments ahead of launches.
    • Analyze performance insights to highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare materials for internal meetings and client updates.
    • Communicate with clients via email about shipment updates, schedules, and meeting coordination.
    • Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Operations Support
    • Prepare shipping documents and waybills for both incoming and outgoing shipments.
    • Manage accurate and up-to-date inventory records for clear visibility.
    • Maintain client and deal data in CRM systems like Pipedrive and Custify.
    • Keep internal spreadsheets and tracking tools current and tidy.
    • Conduct research to support internal processes and cross-team initiatives.
    • Carry out other research tasks as needed to help with company operations.
Requirements:
  • You're detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at process optimization.
  • Experience in operations, administration, or client coordination is required.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex information.
  • Proactive approach to improving processes and proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

Bonus Points if You:

  • Have experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive or Custify.
  • Understanding of AgeTech, healthtech, or IoT products.
