We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for issues and questions about Motive.

  • Email, Chat, and Voice Support: Respond to inbound inquiries received through Motive's support hotline, live chat feature, or support address during business hours in Pacific Standard Time.
  • Customer Service Analysis: Collect customer support requests and bugs, then relay findings to the product and engineering teams to address these issues.
  • System Evaluation: Assess our existing tools and collaborate with engineering to develop tools that enable this function to scale.
Requirements

  • Native or bilingual spoken and written English proficiency.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts.
