Job Description

As a Network And System Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, testing, administering, and troubleshooting network issues. This involves collaborating with major networking vendor equipment including CISCO, Ubiquiti, Ribbon, and others.

You will also be monitoring and tracking services and monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Netbox, and others. Additionally, you will develop and update network documentation/diagrams for network implementations.

Other key responsibilities include deploying and troubleshooting VOIP phones and related services, managing and administering CISCO Catalyst switches and ISR appliances systems, and working with virtualization technologies including VMWare, Citrix, and Hyper-V.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup, test, administer, and troubleshoot network issues.
  • Collaborate with major networking vendor equipment including CISCO, Ubiquiti, Ribbon, and others.
  • Monitor and track services and monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Netbox, and others.
  • Develop and update network documentation/diagrams for network implementations.

  • Work with virtualization technologies including VMWare, Citrix, and Hyper-V.
  • Configure and maintain Active Directories and server roles.
  • Setup and manage Google Workspace, Exchange, IIS, SharePoint, Print Servers, and SQL.
  • Ensure client software and servers are up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we require strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Quality Assurance is crucial, and excellent communication skills are required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering-related studies (CS, Telecom, Electrical, etc.)
  • Fresh to 1 year of similar experience
  • CCNA and MCSE certifications preferred
  • Excellent communication skills required
