Join Our Team as a Presales Systems Expert

Are you passionate about designing cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions? We are looking for an experienced Presales Systems Expert to join our growing team in Islamabad.

In this role, you'll work closely with our sales team to craft advanced, tailored IT solutions covering compute, storage, cloud, virtualization, and integration technologies. You'll be the technical go-to expert, providing high-level designs and ensuring alignment with customer needs.

What You'll Do:

Design and propose IT infrastructure solutions (compute, storage, virtualization)

Work with technologies like Huawei, Dell EMC, VMware, IBM, HPE, Veeam, and more

Utilize OEM portals/configurators and manage deal registrations

Support digitization solutions and assist in deployments as needed

Prepare technical proposals and validate solutions with OEMs

Lead Proof of Concept (POC) efforts for clients

Stay updated with technical certifications and IT trends

Present solutions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of IT hardware, servers, storage, operating systems

Hands-on experience with multiple vendors: Dell EMC, VMware, IBM, Huawei, H3C, Sangfor, Oracle, etc.

Familiarity with OEM tools and configurators

Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills

Preferred Certifications (One or More):

Dell Enterprise Storage Professional

HCSA - Presales – Storage

CCNP - Data Center

VSP - DCV

H3C Certified Pre-sales Engineer

VMCA

Knowledge of Standards (Preferred):

ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 9001, ISO 22301

ITIL, NIST CSF, COBIT, PCI DSS, CIS Controls

Uptime Institute Tier Standards
