We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the planning and design efforts of GPON and FTTH projects. Our ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OSP (Outside Plant) operations with a solid understanding of fiber route design and network planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies for the expansion and optimization of GPON/FTTH networks, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Utilize GIS tools for accurate fiber optic network route planning to ensure seamless network implementation.
  • Ensure that project milestones and quality standards are met during the planning stage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning of GPON (FTTH) networks in the northern region, ensuring effective and efficient network design while overseeing the planning aspects of OSP operations.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong expertise in OSP (Outside Plant) operations
  • Solid understanding of fiber route design and network planning
