Job Description

As a sales and service manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of your Regus centre. Your goal is to create a seamless customer experience by managing all aspects of the centre from front-line reception through to back-office administration.

Some of the responsibilities include welcoming customers, greeting members, taking them to their meeting rooms, showing them the facilities, setting up their WiFi connections and AV system for their presentations, as well as running meetings with new members and understanding their business needs.

Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting your centre to new customers, generating leads by delivering engaging networking events within your community, and inspiring your team of associates to deliver exceptional service excellence.

Key performance indicators include member satisfaction, retention rates, and overall revenue growth. To achieve these objectives, you will need to work closely with various departments across our organization.

Requirements
  • A strong background in hospitality or events management, preferably with previous leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Confidence in managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, and resolving issues proactively.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other basic IT packages.
