Key Objectives:
  • The job incumbent is responsible for all operational, technical, commercial, financial and administrative activities related to the business unit in the area of responsibility and for monthly reporting on results and progress.
  • The position performs in line with the Quality Assurance System, including Code of Ethics and Group policy.
Main Responsibilities:This role involves:
  • Evaluating business strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Defining sales, operational and technical Key Performance Indicators within the action plan.
  • Executing and monitoring operational performance (sales, revenue, productivity, ratio, operating profits etc.).
  • Analyzing and reviewing monthly results and initiating corrective actions (including market/competitors, customers and key events).
  • Identifying business opportunities for organic and inorganic growth with existing and new products and markets.
  • Recruiting, staffing, qualification, reviewing and training employees for individual development, motivation, delegation, empowerment, assessment and feedback.
  • Providing technical and operational support by coordinating interfaces to responsible organizational units.
  • Ensuring timely reporting by subcontractors and monitoring their payments linked to report submission.
  • Protecting and managing Licences to Operate.
  • Organizing regular operational meetings with the team.
  • Fostering relationships with large accounts through regular visits.
  • Reporting incident issues (e.g. new developments within business/products, client feedback and complaints).
  • Managing organizational environment and health and safety commitment.

  • Establishing and implementing HSE enabled work environment.
