About the Position
  • Oversee a team of Sales Engineers dedicated to supporting commercial sales efforts.
  • Cultivate your team's skills through coaching, mentoring, and development to deliver exceptional value to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align technical pre-sales strategies with overall revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Sales Engineers.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Work with Commercial Sales Managers on key accounts and customer pain points.
  • Review and approve technical proposals, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to training materials and programs for Sales Engineers.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new Sales Engineers.
  • Track team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
