
Sales Leader

The objective of this role is to lead a team of Sales Engineers and drive commercial sales engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities focused on product expertise and technical demonstration skills.
- Oversee daily activities ensuring effective resource allocation and high-quality technical support for commercial sales engagements.
- Collaborate with Commercial Sales Managers to strategize key accounts, identify customer pain points, and develop tailored technical solutions and demonstration plans.
- Conduct regular meetings fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and addressing challenges.
- Review and approve technical proposals prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and impact.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing guidance and support.
- Contribute to training materials focusing on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and technical skills.
- Participate in recruitment and help build a strong and diverse team.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leadership experience in a technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering capacity.
- Bachelor's Degree required, Bachelor's of Science preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong understanding of commercial sales cycles.
- Familiarity with value selling concepts.
- Strong technical aptitude with SaaS, hardware, IoT, and potentially AI/ML technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Pakistani market is a plus.
