Technical Business Analyst Position

The Technical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in our team by analyzing and improving technical solutions to drive business excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce and/or on a Technical Support Team, and a basic understanding of Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support CRM system for continuous excellence in Commercial Operations.
  • Work with end users, product owners, and development teams from our Order-to-cash tools, Salesforce, and Entitlements teams.
  • Identify areas to strengthen operational effectiveness and excellence, leverage technology, and improve process quality.
  • Engage with stakeholders and understand requirements for issue resolution.
  • Be an active member of a technical support team and manage the resolution of critical incidents.
  • Assist in creating comprehensive technical documents.
  • Execute month-end close processes through collaboration with various stakeholder groups.
  • Supervise activities between resources and facilitate smooth workflow for service delivery.
  • Build Knowledge Base articles, Playbooks, and documentation.
  • Monitor user feedback and areas of concern; engage with Scrum team and Product Owner for suggestive areas of improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with current field practices to enhance service standards and delivery.
  • Understand end-to-end solutions and integrations in the overall architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of total experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with Salesforce and/or on a Technical Support Team in a related field.
  • Basic understanding of Agile best practices.
  • Good understanding of development environments and testing processes.
