Senior Odoo Functional Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to lead impactful implementations that bridge the gap between business strategy and system capabilities. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Odoo modules, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across departments.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows using Odoo's standard and custom modules.
  • Configure and customize Odoo applications based on client-specific processes while minimizing the need for excessive development.
  • Conduct functional testing, UAT sessions, and user training to ensure successful adoption and system performance.
  • Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations based on user feedback and process gaps.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant, including full-cycle ERP implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Project, and Manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, functional requirement gathering, and workflow design.
  • Ability to write functional specifications for development teams and validate solutions through testing.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working 5 days a week from 2 pm to 11 pm. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
