Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure seamless coordination and communication for all administrative support services.
- Implement administrative policies and facilitate day-to-day activities such as security, safety, vehicle handling, office maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop the Administrative Budget Forecast & Control with Resident Director and GM Marketing.
- Maintain accurate records of staff leaves and attendance. Coordinate with HR and Accounts for salary data, disbursements, and other HR issues.
- Supervise local purchases including stationery items and kitchen essentials.
