Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts. This role is focused on bulk hiring and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

  1. Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  3. Execute bulk hiring strategies to meet high-volume recruitment needs efficiently.
  4. Utilize different sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
  5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current/future hiring needs.
  6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  7. Measure recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, etc., to optimize the hiring process.
  8. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding efforts.

This is a critical role that requires strong technical recruitment expertise, good understanding of hiring best practices, and ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • 3-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and hiring best practices.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
