Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts. This role is focused on bulk hiring and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Execute bulk hiring strategies to meet high-volume recruitment needs efficiently.
- Utilize different sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current/future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Measure recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, etc., to optimize the hiring process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding efforts.
This is a critical role that requires strong technical recruitment expertise, good understanding of hiring best practices, and ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- 3-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and hiring best practices.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
