Total Rewards Specialist

This role requires a professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits, who can oversee the end-to-end process and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors to deliver effective compensation and benefits programs.
  2. Assist in payroll processing, including reconciliations, tax calculations, and collecting information on incentives, overtime, and allowances.
  3. Prepare and analyze compensation reports, benefit costs, and related metrics for management review.
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity for onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.
  5. Oversight of new employee orientation and onboarding process to ensure smooth integration into company culture and operations.
  6. Address and resolve employee grievances fairly and promptly, collaborating with management as needed.
  7. Support performance management by coordinating evaluations and aligning with company objectives.
  8. Process EOBI and ESSI vouchers as required.
  9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in managing employee information from onboarding to exit.
  10. Organize events, workshops, or programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
  11. Assist in audits related to compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to address employee concerns effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
