This position involves providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for callers. Key responsibilities include operating and managing all incoming and outgoing calls via the Universal Access Number (UAN) system with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Transferring client calls to the appropriate department, staff member, or campus as required.
  • Maintaining a detailed call log documenting inquiries, complaints, call routing, and follow-up requirements.

This role requires coordinating with internal departments for message taking, callback requests, or issue resolutions. Providing support for outbound communication when necessary (e.g., admission campaigns, parent notifications) is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent in telecommunication, IT, or office administration is preferred. 2–3 years in a similar role involving UAN operations, telephone exchange, or customer call handling are also required.

Key Attributes: Strong command of verbal communication and active listening skills. Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple lines simultaneously. Ability to work calmly under pressure, especially during peak hours.

A professional demeanor, punctuality, and a client-first attitude are necessary for success in this role.
