Job Title: Web3 Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to drive our presence in the Web3 and game development services market.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position us as a leader in Web3 and game development services.
  • Identify and target key market segments, including blockchain startups, gaming studios, and enterprises seeking decentralized solutions.
  • Marketing Strategy:
  • Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to engage with target audiences across online and offline channels.
  • Leverage Web3-native platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter) and traditional channels (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube) to promote our brand.
  • Digital Content Creation:
  • Oversee the development of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media posts that align with our expertise.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to deliver engaging and educational content.
  • Event Planning & Partnerships:
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives for industry events, webinars, hackathons, and trade shows.
  • Establish partnerships with influencers, thought leaders, and industry organizations to amplify marketing reach.
  • Performance Analysis & Improvement:
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns and achieve KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the Web3, blockchain, or gaming industry.
  • Proven experience in driving lead generation and achieving growth targets.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain ecosystems, and game development processes.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CRM platforms.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
