This role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Provide information and support to visitors and employees.
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have 0-1 year of experience and be located in Karachi Division, Sindh, Pakistan. The working hours are from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. A minimum Intermediate education is required.
