Sustainable Energy Support Specialist

As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal teams. This role involves analyzing complex problems, identifying solutions, and implementing them efficiently.
Key areas of focus include:
- Providing pre-sales and after-sales technical service support to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Assisting customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email;
- Analyzing data to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction;
- Communicating with other departments to report product issues timely;
- Traveling to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers;
- Attending industry conferences and events to stay updated on the latest technologies;
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need to have:
- A background in science, preferably in electricity & electrical engineering;
- Three years or above relevant working experience in the renewable energy industry;
- Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance;
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit; and
- Good customer service awareness.
