About the Job

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments as needed and evaluate results.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication.
  • Manage job postings on multiple platforms and track applications.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate records.
