Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through outbound calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential leads and setting up high-quality meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels using HubSpot.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential leads and opportunities within the CRM.
  • Qualify inbound leads through strategic discovery calls and follow-ups.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns using HubSpot tools and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation processes.
  • Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status in HubSpot.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or outbound sales.
  • Proven success with cold calling, email outreach, and social selling (especially via LinkedIn).
  • Strong command of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and emails each day.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and driven by targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B lead generation, particularly in SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound Sales, Sales Software) are a plus.
