**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you'll proactively connect with business owners, marketing heads, and decision-makers to pitch services and book product demos, which will be a part of your KPIs. Your success will directly contribute to client acquisition efforts and overall revenue growth.

This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a performance-based environment, is passionate about digital marketing, and has prior business development experience in the marketing industry.

**Responsibilities**

  • Initiate outbound contact via cold calls, emails, text messages, and using platforms such as LinkedIn Navigator and other tools to identify potential clients in the US and UAE markets.
  • Understand and pitch service offerings, including SEO, branding, PPC, web development, and white-label marketing.
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs, marketing challenges, and readiness to engage.
  • Book discovery calls and demos for senior sales or marketing teams.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records of outreach efforts and prospect engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing to engage in meaningful client conversations.
  • Hit and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly qualified lead quotas.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, branding, and social media marketing.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with international markets (US).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience with sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • A hunter mindset with a proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
  • Based in or near Lahore and open to hybrid working arrangements.
