Main Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets

- Coach and mentor Trainee FX Sales Consultants until they successfully complete their FX Sales Consultant Certificate
- Follow all internal procedures when handling company value
- Be aware of and adhere to security features and procedures within the branch
- Keep the bureau clean & tidy and report all repairs and maintenance issues to line manager
- Inform management immediately if there is the slightest suspicion of untoward behaviour within the team
- Undertake other duties as considered essential for effective operations and services, as this list is not exhaustive
Requirements:
