Sales Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager - Solar Solutions Sales to join our dynamic sales team in Lahore. The successful candidate will support the sales team in achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of the solar business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Target Achievement: Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for solar solutions across various segments (residential, commercial, Industrial).
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture leads generated through various marketing channels, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solar solutions.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of compelling technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements. Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of Cellsol Energy's solar solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the solar energy or related technical industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, their components, and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
