Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to deliver project requirements and ensure the successful execution of projects. Key responsibilities include managing work breakdown structures, staffing needs, project timelines, communication strategies, quality plans, and budgets.

  1. Prepare and manage work breakdown structures, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  2. Select and motivate a skilled project team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  3. Make timely decisions to guarantee project success, leveraging expertise and experience.
  4. Plan, monitor, and control project schedules and budgets throughout the lifecycle.
  5. Communicate progress to stakeholders as per the established communication plan.
  6. Manage administrative and financial aspects of projects accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Telecom and Electronics, coupled with project management certification. Candidates should possess at least three years of experience in Telecom or Electronics Engineering and an additional three years in a project management capacity. Excellent verbal, reading, and writing skills in English are essential, along with proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and adaptability to new software applications.

Furthermore, candidates should be able to effectively interact with senior and executive-level management, possess extensive experience in the Telecommunications industry, and exhibit strong presentation skills.
