Job Title: Regional Sales Growth Manager

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field is required to succeed in this role. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial part in increasing sales and addressing customer needs within a specific region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers within your assigned territory.
  2. Identify local business opportunities and challenges to drive sales growth.
  3. Provide regular updates on regional sales results, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  4. Collaborate closely with sales teams and other internal departments to meet individual and group sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is mandatory.
  2. Experience in both B2B and B2C sales is highly desirable.
  3. Familiarity with our industry would be an asset.
  4. Demonstrated resilience with a proven track record in sales.
  5. Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills are essential.
  6. Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
