
Digital Learning Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives. Drive the integration of instructional design methodologies, e-learning technologies, and educational tools to enhance employee learning and engagement.
This position requires a forward-thinking leader with strong experience in instructional design, digital learning platforms, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Develop and implement our organization's digital learning strategy. Lead the adoption and integration of innovative learning technologies.
- Digital Learning Development: Oversee the design and creation of engaging e-learning content, courses, and interactive training modules.
- Technology & Platform Management: Manage and optimize digital learning platforms and tools to ensure seamless delivery of content and reporting.
- Training & Support: Design and conduct training programs for internal teams on effective use of digital learning tools. Support staff with instructional design and digital content creation.
- Assessment & Improvement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital learning programs. Analyze learner engagement and feedback to optimize outcomes and continuously improve content.
- Mandatory Qualifications: Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 5–10 years of relevant experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation in learning and development. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring cross-functional teams. Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Certifications in instructional design, e-learning, or educational technology will be considered an asset.
