Job Title: Operational Lead

As an operational lead, you will oversee the entire production process. This involves planning and scheduling production runs to meet customer demands and set production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct production personnel, focusing on training and development.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Food Science or Food Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food processing, preferably in a production management role.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food processing operations, quality control, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
