Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national, regional, and local social media campaigns across owned and earned channels, paid media opportunities, and multiple digital screens.
- Drive social strategies and principles into product development, ensuring successful launches of new websites for customers, affiliates, and business partners.
- Lead marketing research and optimization initiatives to improve traffic, customer acquisition, and retention through A/B testing, landing page tests, etc.
- Revitalize web presence for different products through continuous updates and improvements.
- Create and manage all digital marketing initiatives, including press, social media, email marketing, promotions, banners, and on-site copywriting throughout the site's life cycle.
- Analyze project and individual website sales and performance to derive actionable insights and improve revenue, conversion rates, and lifetime customer value.

Requirements
- Proven experience in driving and implementing influencer strategy, leveraging influencers (brand fans and celebrities) in social media campaigns and activations.
- Experience influencing product development cycles to incorporate social strategies and principles.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) and their application in different scenarios and strategies.
- Solid understanding of social media metrics, social listening tools, digital analytics, and ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
- Strong management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
