Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned executive to take charge of a portfolio of high-value accounts, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of account managers to achieve departmental goals.
  • Developing new business opportunities with existing clients and identifying areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics, such as quarterly results and annual forecasts.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and improve overall performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving results across multiple key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of commercial operations and a passion for innovation and customer service.

Requirements
