Head of New Business Acquisition

We are looking for a Head of New Business Acquisition to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. This role involves leveraging existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business acquisition strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing solutions and respond to client inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing strategies, and the evolving needs of potential clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Masters degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Business Development.
Skills & Behavior:
- Proven track record of driving business growth through targeted business development efforts.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong market research and negotiation skills.
