About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Bidding Specialist to join our team. As an Online Bidding Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring projects related to branding, designing, illustration, 2D animation, and other areas on Upwork and other online platforms.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate company services effectively. They will also possess strong organizational skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on projects in branding, designing, illustration, 2D animation, and related areas on Upwork and other online platforms.
  • Strategically use Upwork to highlight expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and website design when bidding on projects.
  • Tailor bids and proposals to match client needs, showcasing the company's services and strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to align bids with business objectives and foster positive client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine bidding strategies.
  • Create persuasive bids tailored to clients' needs to maximize win rates and project success.
  • Maintain detailed records of sourcing activities, negotiations, and bid performance metrics.
