Talent Acquisition Strategist

As a seasoned professional, you will spearhead the global talent acquisition mandate. Your key responsibilities will include developing strategic recruitment plans to meet hiring requirements across various locations.
Your role will involve sourcing and attracting top talent through diverse channels, including recruitment agencies and advertisements. You will also recommend salaries and payment structures for new recruits while maintaining internal equity.
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Source and attract high-caliber candidates at middle and senior levels.
- Recommend competitive compensation packages for new hires.
- Evaluate new markets and maintain a database of suitable candidates.
Key qualifications for this role include a deep understanding of business operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to evaluate candidates to assess job fit. A professional or postgraduate management qualification is essential, along with 10-12 years of experience in Recruitment & Human Resources at operational and strategic levels.
