The primary objective of this position is to serve as a senior subject matter expert, providing complex technical support for products and services.

This role involves being the go-to individual for troubleshooting complex issues or product-level bugs that technical support engineers cannot resolve.

Responsibilities include managing high-level cases for Technical Support Engineers, mentoring, training, and coaching other technical support engineers, and collaborating with engineering teams.

The Lead Technical Support Engineer drives continuous improvement in the technical support process by identifying and analyzing trends in customer issues, creating new support processes, and working closely with the Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deep understanding of the product and ability to analyze and diagnose complex issues.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues and product-level limitations.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for internal and external use.
  • Cross-department collaboration and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in Technical Support | Customer Support. A good understanding of SQL, API, and basic coding knowledge is also required.
