Lead Microsoft Technical Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Consultant to lead technical projects for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions based on the scope of Service Orders while providing exceptional service to customers.

The role requires working with customers on various enterprise-level projects based on Microsoft cloud and on-premises, virtualization, technical consulting, and advanced support for Microsoft technologies. You will ensure optimal infrastructure design, deployment, management, and troubleshooting, as well as provide expert guidance and resolution for complex Microsoft-related issues across our client base.

  • This role focuses primarily on customer implementations and migrations in Microsoft cloud, suggesting operation automation.
  • You will have hands-on experience in Azure with ASR, Azure Migrate, Lift & Shift migrations, and other related Azure IaaS/PaaS migration planning, tooling, and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience in Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange on premises, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Defender stack, Sentinel, etc.
  • Migrating workloads from on-premise data centers to cloud (Azure / M365) is also expected.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and support guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience with device management, application deployment, co-management, and security policies in Intune.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot, device profiles, compliance policies, RBAC, and application deployment for multiple customers.
  • Lead client-facing projects, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions and services aligning with customer requirements.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Office 365 integration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business requirements and translating them into effective and scalable Microsoft solutions.
  • Mentor team members and provide technical training to clients, empowering them to manage and optimize their own environments effectively.
  • Liaison with the Pre-Sales Solution Architect to validate technical approaches and estimated level of effort, in-scope, out-of-scope, etc.

As a senior consultant, you will bring strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Solid experience with mobile operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android), solid understanding and experience of Azure Migrations, M365 migrations, deployment of Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Intune, etc. Fluency in English with clear written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
