Job Overview

The Professional Services Engineer role involves delivering high-level technical support and guidance in the deployment and operation of software solutions. This dynamic role requires a strong background in client-facing roles, project management, and technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement products on customer infrastructure ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Utilize expertise in Data Privacy & Security, SQL/NoSQL databases, Linux, Networking, Cloud Platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and Virtualization.
  • Drive engagement with customers, ensuring successful project implementations, and work with them to understand their needs and provide expert support during product deployment and integration.
  • Lead the planning, installation, configuration, and optimization of our software solutions in various client environments.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring objectives are met within deadlines.
  • Collaborate with global teams across sales, marketing, product management, professional services, and engineering for a seamless customer lifecycle.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role. They should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, as well as a passion for technology and teamwork-oriented attitude.
