Territory Management
This role involves overseeing indirect sales activities within a designated territory, utilizing the franchise channel to drive sales growth and market share expansion.
Main Responsibilities
- Driving the achievement of assigned targets through effective franchise management, with a focus on Gross Adds, Revenue, and business growth.
- Executing strategic projects to enhance franchise servicing and retail enablement of the assigned territory.
- Fostering alignment with organizational goals and promoting Telenor's values within the Franchise Channel.
Daily Activities
You will be responsible for managing daily operations, including regular market visits, gathering insights and competitor information, and planning routes and targets for RSOs.
Profitability monitoring, staff motivation and training, and improving trends related to minimum balance retailers are also essential tasks.
Career Progression
