We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the IT industry.

About the Role:
  1. Identify and pursue relevant projects on Upwork, focusing on software development, mobile, and web development opportunities.
  2. Maintain a competitive Upwork profile by regularly updating our portfolio, skills, and testimonials.
  3. Draft and submit customized proposals that align with project requirements and client needs.
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication and clarification of project details.
  5. Negotiate project terms and conditions to secure deals.
  6. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential projects and clients to ensure a steady flow of business opportunities.
  7. Provide actionable feedback and insights to enhance proposal quality.
Your Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role, preferably in a software house specializing in mobile and web development.
  2. In-depth understanding of the IT industry, including software development, web development, and other related services.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and engage clients effectively.
  4. Hands-on experience with Upwork's platform and bidding process is essential for success in this role.
