Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Field Management Trainee to establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned channel accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development: Explore and develop new channels while maintaining current developed channels.
- Account Management: Coordinate the involvement of company resources to meet performance objectives and expectations.
- Performance Targeting: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Joint Planning: Lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and identify areas for improvement.
- Channel Assessment: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate the needs of channels on an ongoing basis.
- Program Adoption: Drive adoption of company programs among assigned channels.
- Sales Monitoring: Monitor current account sales.
Requirements:
- Education: Preferably Master's degree.
- Experience: Preferably 1 year of channel sales experience.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to train, develop, and encourage team TSMs.
