Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Management Trainee to establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in assigned channel accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Development: Explore and develop new channels while maintaining current developed channels.
  2. Account Management: Coordinate the involvement of company resources to meet performance objectives and expectations.
  3. Performance Targeting: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  4. Joint Planning: Lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Channel Assessment: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate the needs of channels on an ongoing basis.
  7. Program Adoption: Drive adoption of company programs among assigned channels.
  8. Sales Monitoring: Monitor current account sales.

Requirements:

  • Education: Preferably Master's degree.
  • Experience: Preferably 1 year of channel sales experience.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Problem solving and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Ability to train, develop, and encourage team TSMs.
