
Channel Sales Director

**Country Leader Role Overview:**
The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of the channel sales aspects of industrial automation PLCs & Drives etc. with channels management background (distributors, system integrators, and OEM) and should be capable of leveraging relationships with partners and key end users representing Schneider Electric's Industry Business Portfolio to C-levels of customers' organizations and driving the business unit in the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate business and sales leadership to drive team performance.
- Develop and grow channel partner business for automation, drives, and SCADA systems.
- Forecast correctly and manage top and bottom lines assigned to the business unit.
- Closely monitor opportunity portfolios and develop a strong pipeline.
- Create programs and initiatives to lead country channel partners into key markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in a technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering).
- Excellent command of English language skills (verbal and written).
- Minimum 5 years of industrial automation experience.
- Schneider Electric Automation prior product knowledge is a plus.
- Field experience is desirable; process control experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage channel partners and customers' demands.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to analyze issues and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively meet deadlines.
