Talent Onboarding Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for creating a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. The Talent Onboarding Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure all onboarding processes are up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective onboarding strategy that ensures a smooth transition from selection to start date.
  • Conduct in-office tours and present welcome kits to new employees.
  • Maintain updated onboarding materials and act as the primary point of contact for talent during their onboarding journey.
  • Provide ongoing support and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Prioritize regular engagement with stakeholders to facilitate meetings and address needs of new hires.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss updates, improvements, and challenges in onboarding processes.
  • Participate in official company events to promote a positive company culture.
Analysis and Improvement:
  • Analyze feedback from new hires to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to strategies that enhance the new hire journey and overall employee experience.
  • Implement process improvements based on stakeholder input and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster relationships with new hires and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • A proactive and approachable attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, onboarding, or employee engagement.
