About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Large Client Account Strategist to join our team at Motive. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion within our largest US-based client base.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the US B2B market, as well as a proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention within large client organizations. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion within our largest US-based client base.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with Motive's software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably from a top-tier university) and/or in-depth exposure to US B2B customers.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience, particularly in managing high-value clients and driving revenue growth.
- Proven experience in account strategy and management within a software company.
