We are a business development agency specializing in providing all-in-one solutions to real estate businesses and professionals. Our mission is to deliver exceptional support to our clients by offering lead generation, data management, transaction coordination, and more.

Job Role:

You will be responsible for reaching out to real estate prospects, establishing initial contact, and generating leads for our clients. You will engage with potential clients over the phone, build rapport, and gather essential information to aid in closing real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential real estate leads from provided lists.
  • Introducing services and offerings to prospects in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Building and maintaining strong rapport with prospects and leads.
  • Asking qualifying questions to understand the prospect's real estate needs.
  • Documenting lead details and inputting them into our CRM system.
  • Scheduling follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
  • Providing feedback to the management team regarding the quality of leads and call scripts.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly are necessary.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to handle rejection in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with real estate or a willingness to learn about the industry.
  • Ability to work during USA business hours is required.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry is necessary.
