Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at GoSaaS. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing strategic partnerships.

Main Objectives:

  1. Develop and implement lead generation strategies through email marketing and LinkedIn.
  2. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess their potential fit for our services.
  3. Manage sales qualified leads (SQLs) and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  4. Meet monthly sales qualified leads targets.
  5. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with working leads and schedule appointments.
  • Conduct warm and cold calling to set up appointments with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the email marketing team to create effective email templates that generate responses.
  • Engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with North American-based clients and teams.
  • Proven track record in lead generation through email marketing and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Account Executive roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and industry trends.
