Full Stack Development Leadership Role

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced software professional to lead our full stack development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable software applications using React JS and .NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop software solutions that meet their needs.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and technical expertise as needed.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in full stack software development, with a focus on React JS, C#, and .NET framework.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading development projects and teams.
  • Familiarity with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Angular, HTML, and Java.
