Foliar & Pesticides is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales leader to take on the role of Regional Sales Director. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of Area Managers and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the designated region.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand Foliar & Pesticides presence in the assigned region.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Area Managers, overseeing their performance, coaching, and professional development.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and formulate effective business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth and drive customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Zonal Manager, Regional Manager, or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the retail, e-commerce, or technology industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate a team.
